ORDERING QUESTIONS
Q: I am ready to buy, what are my options for placing an order on-line?
A: This site utilizes the popular shopping cart method. You may use our shopping cart to order and pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), Paypal AND Check/Money order. Once you've finished placing what you want in the shopping cart, you will begin check out by clicking the appropriate check out buttons. Towards the end, you choose your payment option. We recommend paying by Credit Card or Paypal, but you can opt to mail in a check or money order at this point as well. You will be e-mailed our mailing address should you select payment by check or money order.
Q: Can't I order by phone? A: Yes! We prefer our customers to order on-line as it's easiest for all involved. However, we understand that some of you out there still prefer to speak to a "live" person. For this purpose, we offer a toll-free number where you may call, leave a voice message and request a call back. Simply call us at 1-866-400-4406, and leave your name, number with area code and the best time to reach you. One of us will call you back to take your order by phone within 24 hours. This option is for U.S. customers only. We do not return international calls due to the cost of these calls.
Q: Do you have a printed catalog? A: No, at this time we do not have a printed catalog, and use this web site as our only sales tool. If you prefer not to order using our on-line shopping cart system, we suggest you call and leave us a voice mail so we can return your call to take your order.
Q: I collect your wall tiles, but I can't find them on the site now, where are they? A: We still sell our best selling wall tiles! We just changed the ordering format. Now you can order them by looking in any of the art galleries (2009 and earlier) on our left side bar. Next to each painting, you have a number of purchase options, including our wall tile format.
Q: Is this site secure? A: Yes! We take credit card security very seriously! Our check out system becomes secure when you get to the payments option page. And, we never share your information with anyone under any circumstances! Finally, once we've used your credit card information, we shred it completely.
Q: How will my items come? A: We take GREAT pride in how we package our items. We nestle our gift items in 100% recycled cardboard shred, and enclose all items within decorative gift boxes, clear sleeves or other protective enclosures. Prints are safely packaged against board in a sleeve. We include some great information on the artist and the products. Basically, we want you to be pleasantly surprised when your order arrives so you come back and shop with us again! We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail, which is normally only 2 - 3 days in transit. Heavier or larger packages will ship via UPS Ground.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.? If so, what are your shipping costs to Canada, Europe? A: Yes! We ship to Canada and overseas often! Our shopping cart will charge you an initial base fee for international shipping, and once we've packed and weighed your order, we will contact you if there is an additional amount needed to cover your shipping. We ONLY ship USPS Global Priority Mail. We will not ship any other way such as first class or parcel post, as we need to be sure our items are protected while in transit to you. Any customs/duties will be your responsibility and will be collected by the postal service. We do realize it is costly for us to ship to you from the U.S., so we are pleased to announce that you can now buy many of Jessica's products direct from Canada, Europe and Australia. See below for more info...
Q: Do you have sources overseas where I can buy direct? A: YES! Australian customers can shop with our Australian affiliate at: www.ageofenchantment.com. Those in Europe/UK can order from: www.ravenstartrader.com Canadian customers can shop from our Canadian affiliate at: www.enchantedart.ca
Q: I'm thinking of using you for a gift I have to give, what are my options? A: We are a GREAT source to use when you have an enchanted gift to give. We offer FREE customizable gift cards, and can ship directly to your loved one if you wish. Simply put the person's name and address in the shipping profile (with yours in the bill to profile), and indicate in the message section any personalized greeting you want us to include. We'll make sure to not include an invoice so your loved one won't see any prices. Since all of our items are beautifully packaged, gift wrap isn't needed!
Q: How long until I get my order? A: Once you've ordered via credit card or paypal, you should plan on a 7 - 10 day lead time for us to process your payment, make your items and prepare them to ship. Many times, we fill your order within just a couple days, but this 7 - 10 day lead time allows us some wiggle room for our hand crafted items and for those times when we are traveling or extremely busy with many orders. Once they've shipped after that period, please allow for 2 - 3 days for Priority Mail (only slightly longer if we needed to ship via UPS Ground). Customers who opt to pay by check or money order should plan on a longer lead time, as we wait for your check to clear before filling the order. Again, we recommend credit card or paypal payment for the fastest and best service.
Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be 100% pleased with your order! If not, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to describe the nature of your return. If there was damage during shipment, we will want to file a claim and get you a replacement asap and will therefore want the item back or want photos of the damage. If you simply wish to return it because you changed your mind or aren't happy with the product, we require you to send the item(s) back at your cost (the cheapest way possible is fine). Just be sure to pack them safely, as they must arrive back to us in the condition they left our studio or we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive the items back, we will issue you a refund for the product price (less shipping) less a 10% restocking fee. That 10% covers the wages we paid our workers to pack the order, and to restock the items upon their return.
Q: I used to order prints here, but your format for prints has changed. Why?
A: In late October, 2009, we changed our web site layout and the formats in which we offer Jessica's image. To make way for the new, we did away with the old. Now, you can order Jessica's newest images in these new, more frame-friendly and display-friendly formats. We are especially excited about our new collectors canvas giclees.
Q: What are the little faded symbols that appear on many of the prints and pictures here? A: Those are watermarks. It consists of Jessica's logo with copyright information that is stamped onto the images before we post them on-line. IMPORTANT! None of our prints or products come with that symbol printed on them, it is for on-line protection only and will not appear on your product!
Q: The images on the web site look a little fuzzy, or unclear...will my print or product look like that? A: Our images that are placed on the web are saved as low resolution (less clear) images so they load quickly, and also so that those pesky art pirates can't steal printable quality images of Jessica's. However, the prints and other printed products are all made at 300 dpi (very crisp and clear).
Q: I've seen a piece on-line by Jessica that isn't found here. Where is it? A: There are many pieces that Jessica has done that have been retired from this site. What we have on-line here is what Jessica still chooses to offer. Her older pieces that she has tired of have disappeared into the shadows of her art studio, but she promises to create lots of new artwork often to replace them!
