ORDERING QUESTIONS
Q: I am ready to buy, what are my options for placing an order?
A: This site utilizes the popular shopping cart method. You may use our shopping cart to order and pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), Paypal AND Check/Money order. Once you've finished placing what you want in the shopping cart, you will begin check out by clicking the appropriate check out buttons. Towards the end, you choose your payment option. We recommend paying by Credit Card or Paypal, but you can opt to mail in a check or money order at this point as well. You will be e-mailed our mailing address should you select payment by check or money order.
Q: Is this site secure? A: Yes! We take credit card security very seriously! Our check out system becomes secure when you get to the payments option page. And, we never share your information with anyone under any circumstances!
Q: How will my items come? A: We take GREAT pride in how we package our items. We nestle our gift items in decorative tissue paper or shred, and enclose them within decorative gift boxes. Prints are safely packaged against board in a sleeve. We include some great information on the artist and the products. Basically, we want you to be pleasantly surprised when your order arrives so you come back and shop with us again! We ship most U.S. orders via Fed Ex ground, fully insured. Orders to other countries ship via USPS Global Priority Mail.
Q: I'm thinking of using you for a gift I have to give, what are my options? A: We are a GREAT source to use when you have an enchanted gift to give. We offer FREE customizable gift cards, and can ship directly to your loved one if you wish. Simply put the person's name and address in the shipping profile (with yours in the bill to profile), and indicate in the message section any personalized greeting you want us to include. We'll make sure to not include an invoice so your loved one won't see any prices. Since all of our items are beautifully packaged, gift wrap isn't needed!
Q: How long until I get my order? A: Once you've ordered via credit card or paypal, you should plan on a 2 week lead time for us to process your payment, make your items and prepare them to ship. Once they've shipped after that 2 week period, please allow for 5 - 7 business days for Fed Ex to get you your order. Customers who opt to pay by check or money order should plan on a 4 week lead time, as we wait for your check to clear before filling the order. Again, we recommend credit card or paypal payment for the fastest and best service.
Q: Do you ship to Canada or Overseas? A: Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries. Our shopping cart will allow you to select your shipping destination and will calculate shipping costs accordingly. IMPORTANT! We ship all Canadian orders and International orders via the USPS Global Priority Mail. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are your responsibility and will be charged to you by the post office upon delivery! Obviously, you'll need to allow for more time in transit for international and Canadian deliveries, as we have no control over how long your customs office will hold the package for inspection.
Q: I used to order prints here, but your format for prints has changed. Why?
A: As of 2008, Jessica made a big decision. She was no longer proud of how her inexpensive laser prints were presenting her art. She invested in a large format Epson fine art printer, and now only offers her artwork in the form of fine art Giclee prints on velvet paper. This applies to all of her galleries, EXCEPT the Zodiac Fairy Poster gallery. Those prints are still made with the laser process on smooth paper. Except for the Zodiac Posters, Jessica now hand signs each and every print before it leaves the studio. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, but we feel confident in this decision and are proud of the beautiful quality of our new print format.
Q: What are the little faded symbols that appear on many of the prints and pictures here? A: Those are watermarks. It consists of Jessica's logo with copyright information that is stamped onto the images before we post them on-line. IMPORTANT! None of our prints or products come with that symbol printed on them, it is for on-line protection only and will not appear on your product!
Q: The images on the web site look a little fuzzy, or unclear...will my print or product look like that? A: Our images that are placed on the web are saved as low resolution (less clear) images so they load quickly, and also so that those pesky art pirates can't steal printable quality images of Jessica's. However, the prints and other printed products are all made at 300 dpi (very crisp and clear).
Q: You used to have keychains, stickers and other little things for sale. Where are they? A: Also in 2008, Jessica made the decision to pare down her web site a bit. She eliminated all the smaller items, in favor of the high quality, beautiful gift items and prints still here. You may still shop for her small items at other on-line shops and on ebay. There are hundreds of on-line sources that offer Jessica's work in these formats that we do not offer any longer. Simply do a google search on her name, or search ebay for Jessica related items. Our mission here on this web site is to offer beautiful, high quality items featuring Jessica's art that can't be found other places.
Q: I've seen a piece on-line by Jessica that isn't found here. Where is it? A: There are many pieces that Jessica has done that have been retired from this site. What we have on-line here is what Jessica still chooses to offer. Her older pieces that she has tired of have disappeared into the shadows of her art studio, but she promises to create lots of new artwork often to replace them!
