ON-LINE ORDERING This is the fastest, safest and best option for placing your order! We use a secure server for all of our credit card orders, and then shred your information after we have filled and shipped your order for added security.
ORDERING BY PHONE Should you prefer to speak with someone "live" to place your order, this is also an option. If you wish to order by phone, please call toll-free: 1-866-400-4406 (1-419-878-2018). You will get our answering service/voice mail, please leave your name, number with area code and the best time to reach you. One of us will call you back within 24 hours to take your order. You can also e-mail us your phone number and best time to call at: enchantedart@aol.com Our toll-free number only works for U.S. customers. We do not make outgoing calls to locations outside the U.S.A. due to costs of these calls, and all international customers are required to order on-line.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS While we do ship overseas direct from our studio here, this option can be quite costly for the customer. PAYMENT METHODS We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Money Order & Check! Orders paying with credit card or Paypal are shipped the fastest (per our 7 - 10 day turnaround time). With money orders, we wait to begin processing your order until your money order arrives by mail. If you pay by personal or business check, we wait a full 2 weeks for your check to clear before shipping your items. We will show up on your credit card statement as Enchanted Art, LLC.
TURN AROUND TIME As mentioned above and on other areas of our site, we ask for a 7 - 10 day turn around time. Most often, your order is filled within 2 - 3 days, but since many of our items are custom made to order and require drying, printing or creation time, we ask you to allow us that full 7 - 10 days for us to fill your order. If you need a rush, contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you!
PACKAGING If you've ordered from us in the past, you know we love the art of beautiful packing! We use shred, tissue paper, stretch loops and gold seals to make you feel special - because - you are special! As of the summer of 2009, we are going green and have begun packaging our outgoing orders surrounded by our own 100% recycled cardboard shred! And, we very much appreciate your business and want you to come back often, so great care is taken with the packing of each order. We also offer FREE GIFT CARDS - so think of us next time you have a special gift to give - we can ship right to your loved one!
SHIPPING FEES To celebrate you, our valued customer, we offer VERY low flat rate shipping prices. Only $10 ($7 plus $3 handling) for items shipping within the U.S.A., no matter how much you order! The handling fee helps cover materials, packaging and wages, but we often end up sharing the cost of shipping with our customers since our shipping costs often go over $10. Orders going outside the U.S. will be charged the exact amount it costs us to ship via USPS Global Priority mail. We need to make sure all items are protected and covered during their transit to you. Our cart will calculate and charge you a base international shipping fee, and we will be in contact if there is an additional fee needed.
SHIPPING METHODS We now use the USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for all of our outgoing packages. Smaller, lighter packages will ship via US Priority Mail, and larger, heavier packages will ship via UPS Ground. We send a tracking e-mail once your order leaves our studio.
RETURN POLICY If you are not 100% happy with your item(s) and wish to return them, please adhere to our return policy as follows: 1) You must e-mail us at: enchantedart@aol.com within one week of receiving your order and describe the nature of your return. We need a full explanation of your reason for returning, so please be detailed. 2) We will reply with instructions on returning your item. You will be expected to return the order as you received it at your cost. You can send it via the USPS for the least expensive option if you wish. Please do not refuse the package. If you do so, we will subtract the amount charged to us for the return shipping from your refund. 3) Once we get the items back, assuming they are in the same condition you received them in (please pack them well as we do), we will issue a full refund for the item prices. We do not refund the initial shipping cost, and only refund you the item subtotal. ***If you don't follow our procedures, we will still try to work with you but may not be able to give you the full refund if you wait longer than the week to return or do not contact us before returning the items, so please do follow these steps.
