"I just wanted to let you know that I received my order yesterday and I am, as always, stunned by the gorgeous artwork and the careful attention to detail that is obvious in the presentation and the packing.  I have always been delighted with every order I have received from you, although I was actually surprised by how much more special the purple shred made eveyrthing; it was like opening a wonderful present for myself!  Also, I have never been disappointed with the quality of prints in the past, but the new format is quite stunning and worth the price increase, it really is the best way I have seen the art presented on paper.  Finally, the new Mermaid Dreams tile is everything I was hoping it would be, and more; I am more than satisified with it (and the same goes for the Gothic Rose figurine as well).  I guess the final thing I have to say is that despite having only the best things to say about by past experiences with your company, I am still pleasantly surprised by the care and consideration that goes into each and every order; it is a wonderful difference from any of the other places I mail-order from.  Thank you again, so much, for your continued excellence and attention to customer satisfaction, it is really appreciated.  Best Regards, --Stephanie S."
